Ballindarroch Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason, you require to cancel your booking, please contact us as
soon as possible. If we are unable to re-let the room, please note that as
you entered into a contract at the time of booking, the following charges will
apply:-
1 - 3 days before arrival date or a failure to take up the booking
without any prior notification - classed as "no show" - 100%
of the full accommodation value of the booking.
4 – 10 days before arrival date - 50% of the full accommodation value of the booking.
15 - 28 days before arrival date - 25% of the full accommodation value of the booking.
Please note that in the event of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance so that you are covered for any
charges due on cancellation.
