This room features large bay window giving views to the hills surrounding Loch Ness, side window with views to the large rear gardens and woodlands, further side window with views to the front of the house and garden. This suite also has luxury ensuite bathroom 14ft x 12ft with Victorian roll top bath with shower taps and an amtico tiled warm touch floor. Complete with bathrobes.

The house is eminently suitable as a venue for informal business meetings, family get-togethers or just a short break weekend away from it all

This room can sleep three with the addition of a single divan bed, if required. It has a private bathroom with roll top bath,

A bright and cosy room 16ft x 13ft overlooking rear gardens. It has a quality double divan bed with painted Victorian wardrobe fitting. It has a private bathroom with large corner glass shower cabinet and separate bath. Complete with bathrobes and electronic room safe.
